Cat in the Headlights

A passageway enclosed by wood railing on one side and walls on the other, fading into bundles of ferns and vines. There's a little black-and-white cat peeking around the corner.

A pair of cats, lying on the plants and dirt next to a concrete barrier. One's kind of cream colored, and the other's more like toffee. Both are quite clean, in spite of the bits of trash on the ground beside them. The toffee one seems to be licking the other's face - maybe it's smiling?
