York Pride was on! Spent a little while wandering around town, wandering around the festival grounds, and then got some pictures of a few creatures on the way back. (Unrelated to pride, alas.)

Sneaky Suspicious Squirrels

Picture of a blackbird perched on a dead tree, head turned to the side, maybe looking at the camera? It's standing on just one leg, and the other's completely hidden (but it is there, don't worry). The sun's just barely touching its neck and beak, and gently touching the tips of dead branches. Trees in the background are in shadow, deep greens with hints of yellow & blue.
