A small, white flower just off a trail outside Oxford

I took this photo on a walk, exploring West of Oxford – the hills in this part of the UK are few and far between, but if you're willing to walk for a while, you can find them.

Didn't have my camera with me, so this ended up being on my phone.

As best I can tell, this flower is a Calystegia silvatica.
