Part 1 of 2

These two photos were taken at from the very top of Mt Tamalpais. This turkey vulture was swooping around for a while, at around eye level not too far away – it presented the perfect opportunity for photos, but I unfortunately couldn't keep the camera in focus. Even still, these are two of my favorites.

For this photo in particular, I spent seven hours procrastinating one evening by turning it into vector art. Given that I didn't really have prior experience doing this kind of thing, it's something I'm quite proud of. (link)
