I think this is a female sparrowhawk – it's a bit tricky to tell from the lighting (and because I'm not a bird expert, by any means). If you look closely, you can see a few other little birds sitting in the same tree.

I tried to get a little bit closer, she flew away (and so did her friend in the neighboring tree).
